DT
The Fumex-DT desktop fume extractor is a quiet, low cost, highly efficient fume extraction and air filtration system designed to capture and filter the fumes generated in a variety of processes. Simple to use and operate, this workshop smoke, fume & dust collector incorporates intelligent controls, filter monitoring, variable speed airflow with an easy-to-use interface and uncomplicated connectivity. Our small but powerful fume extractor can be fitted with a standard 3 stage filter incorporating HEPA and Gas/Odor filtration or specialty application for specific medias. FA1 Mini
The Fumex Model FA1 Mini Dust Collector manufactured by Fumex, Inc., utilizes a high-performance blower and a 4-stage hybrid filter system to capture and remove dust and particulates generated in many applications and processes. Two large capacity prefilters protect the systems HEPA and gas/odor filters providing a cost-effective, efficient dust collection system. Ideal for a variety of light duty applications.

FA2 (E & P)

Operator friendly digital controls and integrated electronic gas sensor continuously monitor the system performance and display operating parameters on the high-visibility LED screen. Large capacity inexpensive pre-filters extend filter change intervals and protects the large HEPA filter and gas/odor filter offering an extremely cost-effective, efficient laser engraver fume extractor system. High performance variable speed blower provides maximum application flexibility. Ideal for medium to heavy duty laser engraving applications.
FA2-PVC
The Fumex FA2-PVC laser fume extractor is specifically designed to capture and treat the potentially hazardous fumes generated in application where PVC is marked or cut with a laser or thermoformed or heated. Epoxy Coating – The system utilizes a high build epoxy novolac coating on all internal cabinet components. The material provides superior corrosion resistance to HCL and other acid gases. Prior to application the cabinets are prepped with a sandblasting to SSSP10 and all seams are caulked. Two (2) coats of the epoxy are applied to a DFT of 4 mils. HCL Sensor – The extractor features continuous gas detector for the detection of a Hydrogen Chloride breakthrough. The HCL gas sensor is a complete self-contained gas monitor consisting of an integral 115VAC power supply and factory pre-set solid-state relay alarm for activating panel-warning lamp. The system features microprocessor electronics that set the gas curves for HCl detection.
FA5-1
The Fumex Model FA5 fume extractor utilizes a high performance 3 stage hybrid air filter system to capture and treat air pollutants generated during application processes. The FA5 unit comes with either a single blower motor (FA5-1 @ 305 cfm) or with a double blower motor system (FA5-2 @450 cfm).
